DAmetris Aveda requires at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will be subject to 50% of the service cost. If you are unable to make your appointment day of and do not call the spa, the card on file will be processed for the full amount.
